Digital Balance was founded in 2022 with a simple goal: to help Hungarians find harmony between technology and well-being. We noticed that while screen time was increasing across all age groups, the conversation around digital wellness wasn't keeping pace.

Our approach is unique – we don't believe in demonizing technology or setting unrealistic restrictions. Instead, we focus on mindful usage, intentional breaks, and creating healthy digital habits that work with modern lifestyles.
