2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

2.1 E-Books and Digital Guides

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books and digital guides are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the content has been accessed. However, we consider the following exceptions:

  • If you have purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded or accessed it, you may request an exchange or refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If there are technical issues preventing you from accessing the product, we will work with you to resolve these issues or provide a refund if the issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Online Courses

For our online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • You have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
  • You can provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course.
  • You have made a genuine attempt to engage with the course material.

2.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of your annual subscription if you are not satisfied with the service. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to prevent auto-renewal for the next year.

3. Refund Policy for Workshops and Events

3.1 Online Workshops and Webinars

For online workshops and webinars:

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 3-7 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event of equal value.
  • If you cancel less than 3 days before the event, no refund will be provided, but you may transfer your registration to another person or receive access to the event recording if available.

3.2 In-Person Workshops and Retreats

For in-person workshops and retreats:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel between 14-30 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be provided unless we can fill your spot from a waiting list, in which case a 75% refund will be issued.

In case of event cancellation by Digital Balance, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

4. Refund Policy for Consulting Services

4.1 Individual Consulting Sessions

For individual consulting sessions:

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), no refund will be provided.

4.2 Package Consulting Services

For package consulting services:

  • If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions and wish to cancel before the first session, a 90% refund will be provided.
  • If you have already used one or more sessions from your package and wish to cancel the remaining sessions, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the regular (non-package) price of the sessions already delivered.

4.3 Corporate Consulting

Refund policies for corporate consulting services are outlined in the service agreement signed before commencement of services. Generally, these include:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule in the agreement.
  • Cancellation policies vary based on the scope and duration of the project.
